Imperial California (April 21, 2016) –Mokulele Airlines, Hawaii’s favorite Island Hopper, today announced that they will begin serving California starting May 23rd, 2016. The airline will offer convenient daily flights between Imperial / El Centro and Los Angeles California.

Mokulele will initially operate 2, nine-passenger Cessna Grand Caravans. The aircraft provide passengers with an air conditioned cabin and seating that is both an aisle and window. Although the Caravan can be operated by a single pilot, Mokulele operates all flights with two pilots for additional safety “safety has always been our top priority. Like everything we do at Mokulele, going above and beyond for our passengers is just how we operate.” Said Mckinney.
That even includes four-legged passengers. “Dogs and Cats are cleared for take-off” said Mckinney. “In Hawaii we have a very popular pets fly free policy. Any breed or size dog is welcome on Mokulele. Being a family-owned and operated airline means we treat every member of the family like family.”
In addition to welcoming pets, Mokulele as an introduction to the market, will offer some things unique to the California operation such as increased baggage allowance with a California ID. Mokulele will also carry over their 25% discount for children under the age of 11, U.S. Military and Coast Guard discounts, a simple frequent flyer program, an attractive business flyers program, as well as charters.
